Three scenic arch bridges carry city streets over the track in Woodside. As we look north they are Bridge 18 at 44th Avenue; Bridge 17 at 43rd Avenue; and Bridge 16 at Woodside Ave. This is the widest section of the Connecting Railroad route at 80 feet, enough for a four-track railroad.

Approaching the tunnel under Broadway in Jackson Heights.

New track has been installed for a proposed passing siding.
